If your item somehow arrives damaged, we will do our best to contact the vendor on your behalf for a replacement or exchange. All of the products that we sell are first quality so it is unlikely that this will happen.

The moment you checkout is the moment your items are pulled from inventory. Decide what you want and select the size, color, and quantity, drop them into your shopping cart and run to checkout. Also, please note that your order is confirmed only when you receive an email confirmation.

YES! We ship Internationally. Please note that if Fairytale Deals offers FREE or FLAT RATE Shipping it applies only to the USA and Canada unless otherwise noted. To our international friends please select shipping appropriate for your country from the drop down menu. If the shipping description specifies another country keep looking until you find a selection that does not specify another country or perhaps a selection that specifies your country (typically Canada).

Fairytale Deals uses pixie dust to get it to you ASAP. OK well really though, we make every effort to send your order out the same day that you placed it. Most of the US orders arrive at their new homes usually within 2 – 5 business days and the time of course varies depending on how far you are from Orlando, Florida. We ship most items via United States Postal Service (USPS), but in some instances you will be able to choose the carrier when you place your order.

We do everything to assure that you receive you package fast. If for some reason the postal carrier does not get the package to you please contact them for tracking information. We are happy to assist by getting you the tracking number, but to keep our Fairytale Deals a big value, we must ask that you take it from there. Once we have the confirmation that the package was mailed then we are no longer responsible for the package. We will send you a Google Invoice for the cost of insurance and send you package with the appropriate insurance.
